I love the Drive tip sheet you posted! I used to LOVE Pinterest for teaching materials but it's frustrating that so many of the links lead to Teachers Pay Teachers. I've found some great e-field trips on Pinterest too.
ReplyDeleteI love Pinterest! I actually created a new board with your tips/ideas. I have an education board but just added an online education board. I am finding there is so much information on Pinterest that I need to make sub-boards. And I agree it can become very addicting. Great blog post!
ReplyDeleteHi Amy,
ReplyDeleteThanks for this post! I just started using Pinterest several months ago. I mainly use it for recipes and home improvement ideas. I do follow some eLearning and infographic boards.
Looks like I will have to start following tips 7 & 9. Thanks! You may want to check out SHIFT eLearning on Pinterest. A simple search for "Adult Learning" also brings up great posts.
Hi Amy, thanks for the great resources. This is my first semester with the program and any resources are always welcomed. I was under the impression that pinterest was more of a social site until we did our personal learning networks and then I dabbled with it a bit, but you’re resources surpass my findings. I really like the online assessment generator pin. I have been giving a lot of thought to how to use assessment in my online modules, and this has a lot of great resources that I can easily and effectively implement into my project. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteAmy, I love that you give a diverse list. I haven't used Pinterest in a while, and when I was it was mostly for recipes and design ideas. But, what a great way to use this resource! Thanks.

Amy, thank you for the information which is really useful in this program. Sometimes I find Pinterest to have too much repetitive information so I lose interest. Or there is so much to look through; it's like an endless maze. At least when googling something there are ways to refine your search. Maybe Pinterest needs something like that (maybe there is and I just didn't realize it). But thank you for the resources you listed.
